The Team

Michael Lee
Ph.D., M.Com. (Hons), B. Ec. (Hons), Grad. Dip. App. Fin. & Inv. (FINSIA), SF Fin (FINSIA)

Michael is a professor in the College of Business & Economics at Boise State University, USA. He researches and develops graduate courses in the areas of enterprise systems, business process analysis, and managerial accounting. Michael has also spent approximately 15 years in careers in management consulting and investment banking. His industry experience lies in corporate planning, strategy development and special-case business analysis. Michael led a number of business restructuring projects that were based on his strategy development, market research and financial forecasting. He also conducted many process reviews and performed product/service costing. Michael was an investment analyst for mineral commodity markets and mining companies.

Advisory - John Blair
CEO/President Executive Strategies

John A. Blair is the CEO/President at Executive Strategies, www.executivestrategies.com, a management consultancy. He has more than 25 years' experience in hi-tech, financial services, and engineering. He has held a variety of executive positions, including multiple CEO assignments, in startups and Fortune 5 companies. John's industry experience includes: Internet and E-commerce, software companies, CRM, managed service providers, Nanotechnology, medical devices, hosted solution providers, Banking, service oriented companies. He has started companies from scratch, participated in more than $11B in mergers/acquisitions, been through two IPOs and managed budgets in excess of $100M. He has a broad understanding of all facets of business management, in particular, financial management, business development and marketing, product development, systems, and operations. John has an extensive track record working at both the strategic and hands-on management level.
Richard Wilson
B.E. (Software) (Hons), B.A. (Philos), M. Teach

Richard has more than a decade of experience in system development and integration, business process design and automation, and project management. Most recently a Senior Consultant with The LiTMUS Group, he managed the successful deployment of enterprise systems through a complete lifecycle for several key clients. Richard is currently involved in a number of community projects, including sharing his experience and knowledge with disadvantaged secondary school students as part of the Teach for Australia program. Richard specialises in the Microsoft .NET platform, and has been an active member of the development community since its inception. He has demonstrated strengths in the design and implementation of solutions to manage business issues within diverse industries, including education/government, human resources, logistics and supply chain management, and media/entertainment.

Reza Ravari
B.Com.(Fin, Business Information Systems) / B.Sc.(Computer Science)

Reza is currently working with one of Australia's biggest banks to implement Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Fraud application software. He specialises in providing technical consulting on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and masses of data. His areas of expertise are application design and system performance. Reza is well versed in Oracle technologies, Java middleware, Websphere technologies and Microsoft .NET. Prior to this, Reza worked at IBM Australia where he was instrumental (as lead test analyst) in implementing IBM's internal opportunity assessment and planning tool which now manages over $100b of contracts. He also worked with TABCORP as a lead developer in bringing new products to market through their online presence which resulted in incremental revenues in excess of $50m to date. Reza is a great believer in the role technology plays in our lives and the power it has to create new consumer and business behaviour.
